Several years ago, Andrii Kotsur noticed a few deficiencies in the employment sector and devised a solution. As a result, WorkQuest was born. With the challenges of building a company, Andrii had to select the brightest minds for WorkQuest. The team hasn’t missed a beat so far. As well as Andrii, we would like to introduce you to the other team members who are making WorkQuest a force to be reckoned with.
Andrii Kotsur (Founder & CEO)
In addition to being the CEO, Andrii is also the visionary behind the project. The experience he gained from the employment agency he founded and managed across Europe enabled him to understand the difficulties of finding a job. To speed up and streamline the hiring process, he created WorkQuest, a blockchain ecosystem. Andrii also has experience in developing IT products and bringing them to market, as well as multiyear expertise and knowledge of digital currencies and distributed enterprises.
Simon Bowles (Strategic Advisor)
He has served as a consultant for Mckinsey and Oliver Wyman, as well as venture capital and hedge fund firms. Following his departure from the UK, he served in various leadership roles at Skilling, Cubits, D-Core, and BaseTwo Capital in FinTech/DLT. In addition to serving on the advisory board for five blockchain projects, he has also been an early investor in the Panther protocol and the Kira protocol.
Roza Akulova (Technical Project Manager)
He has More than six years of experience in project management, the last four of them in the blockchain direction. Ability to manage a large development team efficiently and meet all deadlines by acting as a single entity.
Lovska Myroslav (Project Designer)
Among his specialties are graphic design, user experience, branding, marketing strategy, market research, and communication. His expertise includes the management of both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce initiatives related to social innovation and product development.
Seshu B Kanuri (Chief Information Officer)
With over 20 years of experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, insurance, and healthcare, Seshu is a technology expert and business strategist. He has developed core solution methodologies and data architecture functions for companies such as Paypal, Citibank, BofA, California State Fund, Morgan Stanley, Discover Financial Services, Chase, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. He is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor in Silicon Valley. As the CEO and co-founder of netweb Group Inc., Seshu is currently in charge of pay2mate.com, a digital payments app, and deepiotics.com, an AI startup with health diagnostics products.
Jacobo Hansen (Advisor)
Jacob founded Blockandinavia, a blockchain advisory firm based in Norway. He is involved in several blockchain projects, including Credits, Bitspace, and the Alliance of Blockchain Professionals, as a strategic adviser and top manager. His research interests include decentralized consensus mechanisms and decentralized organizations.
