When something great starts growing and developing, it is always interesting to revisit its origins. Therefore, let’s take a trip down memory lane to see how the WorkQuest idea was born.
It all started two years ago. We were collecting data and information about the problems surrounding the recruitment of employees. At their previous companies and business projects, the founding team noticed, frequent recruitment of workers with different skills. However, finding those with an exact fit in terms of skills, cost, and competency was always a challenge.
Interestingly, this is a problem several employers faced and are still facing. In the quest to find a solution, we came up with the idea of creating WorkQuest. WorkQuest was conceived as a global ecosystem that would function as a distributed application for the identification of and communication between workers and employees.
